This position is responsible for preparing commercial spare parts offers and developing new Parts Contracts, involving follow-up activities, communications, negotiation, customer meeting, developing quotations, spare parts order processing, cost evaluation, pre and post calculations, inputs and controls in the management system (SAP, SALESFORCE, Handover), etc.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Ensure the preparation of the technical, commercial and financial aspects of the offer, support the administrative process of the business area, through the execution of the transaction modules of the company's systems and tools, (SAP, SALESFORCE, spreadsheets and others), providing analyzes and updates, according to the evolution of the spare parts sales stages, indicating prices and negotiation conditions, as well as suggesting more suitable alternatives in order to contribute to the competitiveness and viability of the business.
- Make part order quotes, using local and global tools, as well as the company's management system module for orders and quotes, observing the specifics of the area, keeping the information (prices, quantities, etc.) updated, following the pre-established procedures.
- Analyze and evaluate general administrative, technical and associated risks issues.
- Perform other routines to control the administrative process of spare parts operations, complying with pre-established internal procedures, providing administrative support to the areas involved
- Perform follow-up activities on the client and monitor and control processes.
- Participate in negotiations with the client on general aspects, including technical ones, requesting support whenever necessary, contractual and commercial of the proposal content.
- Perform other routines to control the administrative process of operations, complying with pre-established internal procedures, providing administrative support to the areas involved.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related areas.
- Previous experience in Sales Administration, Contract Administration, Commercial Backoffice.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP.
- A collaborative approach, focused on solutions and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Advanced English.
- Intermediate Spanish (desirable).
