Now, we are expanding to Portugal and other European countries. We are now looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join our team. In this job, you will be responsible for:
- Provide comprehensive support for sales representatives;
- Manage processing orders;
- Conduct periodic reviews of open estimates with sales representatives;
- Review prospects/accounts for additional information and opportunities for re-engagement;
- Inventory Analysis and Product compatibility validation;
- Account/Customer Data Management;
- Extract reports for data analysis and development of sales strategies;
- CRM Management.
For this job, we would like you to have/to be:
- Intermediate/advanced Excel (preferred);
- Good communication;
- Analytical profile, organized and committed;
- Fluent English is required to participate in courses and product certifications (provided by us) and interact with customers and team members.
