**We Recruit**

**The Sales analyst is responsible for providing customer service support to SWM brands and their partners in relation to sales administration, ensuring operational efficiency; assisting with all aspects of order maintenance; and providing customer service throughout the year. Tasks to be performed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner**.**

**Key responsabilities**
- Respond to all communication from BRA dealers, eCommerce Infracommerce/VTEX and internal contacts.
- Sales orders creation, maintenance and tracking with precision and accuracy
- Order allocation, delivery and invoice processing in coordination with supply chain and place orders for and distribute straps to accounts.
- Provide extensive product knowledge and handle all requests from customers on products and open backorders (before, during and after sale).
- Provide assistance on resolving customer service issues.
- Communicate with Brazilian dealer and eCom 3rd party vendors to provide product information with regard to accessory/strap orders
- Any other customer service or logistics duties pertaining to the operation as required or warranted.

**Your profil**
- University or college degree/diploma in a related field required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented but also self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong Knowledge of SAP.
- Prior eCom experience a plus.
- Capacity to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for Sales Meetings and Trainings.
- Language skill: Fluent English.
- Able to work flexibly, embrace and manage change.
