Sales Backoffice Analyst Main responsibilities: Prepare and update quotes, commercial proposals, and orders in the system; Record, update, and monitor information in the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and quality; Control and track orders, contracts, licenses, and quotations; Ensure data accuracy and standardization of documents and processes; Provide operational support to Account Managers and external partners, ensuring efficiency throughout the end-to-end flow (prospect order invoicing); Support the monitoring and analysis of sales performance metrics; Identify opportunities to optimize commercial processes. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communication, Marketing, or related fields; Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus); Advanced expertise in Office (Excel, Word, Google tools); Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Analytical mindset and interest in processes and data; Advanced English (for interaction with global teams and partners).
