**MAIN PURPOSE**
- Manage, lead and assist in PAN BRA activities for sales administration.
- This individual will provide customer service support to all categories of the PAN BRA business. Responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and providing customer service throughout the year.
- Oversee the management an intern who will handle BEM, JLC and VAC sales admin activities; the role will be restricted to team management and will not involve direct sales admin work for BEM, JLC and VAC in order.

**_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_**

**#1: BRA Sales Admin Support & Management**

Supervise and support PAN BRA Sales Admin work in all dedicated tasks— including but not limited to sales order entry and maintenance, reporting, communication with clients and internal/external departments, reverse flow processes and troubleshoot topics.

**#2 Communication**

Communicate with buying teams on all PO updates,

Delivery window acceleration, ASN creations and outputs.

**#3: Project Management**

Responsible for supporting operational projects, customer service requests and overall operation coordination.

**#4: Reporting**

Weekly Customer Shipping Reports, Sales Executives Reports and Brand Business Projection Reports if needed.

Other brand-specific reports on request.

**#5: SAP Key User**

Develop, test and implement system enhancements, projects to improve operational and logístical efficiency.

Manage and support Regional and L3 IT specifics for PAN Brazil.

**#6: Supply Chain Planning**

Liaise with International Planning team regarding stock allocations, special orders and seasonal order preparation and demand needs.

**#7: Special Tasks**

Manage special projects as needed and perform other duties as required.

**JOB PROFILE**

**Education**

University or college degree/diploma in a related field required.

**Required experience**

4-6+ Years of experience in a similar position.

**Technical skills / abilities**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented but also self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience of SAP.
- Capacity to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
