This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker who can drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.Here's what you'll do:- **Oversee Operations**: Manage and optimize CS, Fraud, KYC, Risk, Payments, and Player Trust & Safety teams.- **Elevate Player Experience**: Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.- **Mitigate Risk**: Implement robust fraud prevention and risk management strategies aligned with business objectives.- **Drive Efficiency**: Streamline payment processing, reduce risks, and ensure compliance with regulations.- **Foster Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with company goals.- **Analyze** and Improve: Leverage data to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.- **Build and Develop**: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the team.
