Responsibilities
  1. Perform accounting classification and entry routines.
  2. Control and accounting of accounting provisions.
  3. Control and accounting of prepaid expenses (insurance and others).
  4. Control of the company's fixed assets (additions, disposals, depreciation) in accordance with current CPC standards.
  5. Generation of foreign exchange variation and its controls.
  6. Include payments under the responsibility of the accounting department.
  7. Reconciliation of accounting accounts (ledger vs. subledger).
  8. Generation and analysis of SPED ECD (annual obligation).
  9. External reports with legal obligations (IBGE, CAGE, etc.).
  10. Maintenance in SAP of account plan tables, exchange rates, etc.
  11. ICS (Internal Control System) update as per the group's demands.
  12. Preparation of monthly and annual reports (trial balances and financial statements).
  13. Support for internal and external audits.
  14. Prepare and update the company's management system with monthly closing data (Cognos).
  15. Intercompany reconciliation (receivables and payables).
  16. Support company areas regarding accounting matters.
Requirements
  1. Experience in the accounting field.
  2. Knowledge of SAP in FI-AA and FI modules.
  3. Understanding of accounting processes.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  5. Advanced Microsoft Office skills – mandatory .
  6. Advanced SAP knowledge – desirable .
  7. Advanced English – mandatory .
