Learn more at Job Function Marketing Job Sub Function Product Management Job Category Professional All Job Posting Locations São Paulo, Brazil Job Description Position Summary The role is responsible for supporting the local execution of marketing activities in Brazil, with a focus on execution of strategic initiatives for the business outlined in our commitments, looking in details to the portfolio management. This position plays a key role in coordinating cross‑functional efforts to maintain operational continuity, momentum, and alignment with regional strategies. Key Responsibilities Supporting the management of Kits to align with updated portfolio strategies. Coordinating internal and external communications to ensure flawless execution of initiatives. Supporting the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) system and providing visibility to both local and regional teams regarding product demand/forecast. Assisting in the execution of training initiatives to support change management and stakeholder readiness. Organizing and facilitating local business reviews to monitor progress and ensure execution is on track. Required Skills & Capabilities Higher education degree. English proficiency: intermediate. Project Management: Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external messaging. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Capability to assess impact, prioritize actions, and support data‑driven decisions. Marketing & Commercial Acumen: Understanding of product lifecycle, SKU transitions, and portfolio strategy. Training & Change Management: Experience supporting training initiatives and managing change across teams. Execution Excellence: Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on flawless operational delivery. Autonomy and proactivity. Technical Proficiency Skilled in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SAP IBP, and collaboration platforms.
