Job Description
Sr Project Analyst LATAM – Execution PMO - Fixed term 12 months
Position Summary:
The role is responsible for supporting the local execution of marketing activities in Brazil, with a focus on execution of strategic initiatives for the business outlined in our commitments, looking in details to the portfolio management. This position plays a key role in coordinating cross-functional efforts to maintain operational continuity, momentum, and alignment with regional strategies.
Key Responsibilities Include (not Exhaustive)
- Supporting the management of Kits to align with updated portfolio strategies.
- Coordinating internal and external communications to ensure flawless execution of initiatives.
- Supporting the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) system and providing visibility to both local and regional teams regarding product demand/forecast.
- Assisting in the execution of training initiatives to support change management and stakeholder readiness.
- Organizing and facilitating local business reviews to monitor progress and ensure execution is on track.
Required Skills & Capabilities
Higher education degree
English proficiency: intermediate
- Project Management: Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external messaging.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Capability to assess impact, prioritize actions, and support data-driven decisions.
- Marketing & Commercial Acumen: Understanding of product lifecycle, SKU transitions, and portfolio strategy.
- Training & Change Management: Experience supporting training initiatives and managing change across teams.
- Execution Excellence: Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on flawless operational delivery. Autonomy and proactivity
Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SAP IBP, and collaboration platforms.
