Transforming Science Education About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Career Advancement Specialist . In this role, you will play a key part in driving innovation and growth by collaborating with leading universities to integrate cutting-edge video solutions into their courses. Your primary objective will be to establish strong relationships with faculty members, ensuring seamless integration of our products and maximizing user benefits. Conduct regular outreach activities via calls, emails, and demos to set up JoVE integrations in courses and increase product usage. Enhance JoVE adoption by delivering engaging product awareness sessions across existing customer universities and research institutes. Grow engagement and usage by presenting at exhibits, conferences, university seminars, workshops, and onsite customer visits. Strengthen subscription renewal outcomes by providing exceptional implementation support and consistent usage of JoVE resources. Influence product decisions by sharing customer feedback with sales, product, and marketing teams. Requirements A Master's degree or PhD in Life Science disciplines. 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles is preferred. Fluent communication skills in English. Knowledge of education trends, challenges, and market insights in assigned content areas. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building remote relationships.
