Job Role: Service Professional Key Responsibilities: Manage customer complaints and claims efficiently. Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and marketing colleagues. Conduct on-site visits to distributors for critical project cases, including installation, system failure diagnosis, and repair. Visit end-users to gather feedback and market insights. Repair and maintain main units returned by customers. Deliver service training to customers, mainly distributors, and occasionally end-users. Negotiate with customers regarding warranty logistics, service contracts, part ordering, and administrative tasks. Submit routine reports and business trip reports to supervisors and attend product updates meetings. Assist in managing stock inventory and equipment. Investigation Tasks: Research local authority regulations and requirements for service registration and reporting. Requirements: Minimum three years of experience in the medical services industry. Familiarity with local medical organization procurement processes. Knowledge of online maintenance and repair procedures. Understanding of relevant charging standards. Technical support experience is advantageous. Strong English language skills, both written and spoken, with minimal local accent. Proficiency in computer software and office applications. Familiarity with medical electronics products and clinical applications, particularly in maintaining electronic medical devices.
