Job Role: Translation Quality Assurance Coordinator As a Translation Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our translated legal documents. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team that specializes in products and services for intellectual property-related legal technology. Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify project parameters. Perform quality checks on translations to ensure their precision and clarity. Communicate effectively with vendors worldwide to resolve errors in the translated text. Implement process improvements using available technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities Include: Reviewing and proofreading translated documents, particularly legal documents. Utilizing Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools to streamline translation processes. Working proficiently with computer software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Developing a highly focused, detail-oriented, and client-centric mindset. Setting and meeting multiple deadlines while maintaining excellent communication skills. Resolving complex problems using effective problem-solving skills. Thriving in fast-paced work environments with the ability to adapt quickly. Requirements: A minimum of [X] years of experience in reviewing and proofreading translated documents, preferably legal documents.
