Job Overview As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, mapping processes and defining acceptance criteria. You will work closely with stakeholders to collect and document requirements. You will also map the delivery and invoice processing flow, integrating entry points and output formats. Define metrics and success criteria for the project. Create test cases and perform functional validation in the final phase. Report defects and follow up with the technical team. Additionally, they should possess knowledge of agile methods and management tools.
