International Merchant Onboarding Specialist

About the Role As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless merchant onboarding processes. This involves reviewing documents and information provided by merchants to guarantee accuracy before they go live. You will also be responsible for uploading and verifying merchant account details, ensuring all information is complete and correct. In addition, you will need to check merchant qualifications according to company rules and review other applications submitted by business colleagues or merchants. Organizing and managing store photo-taking services will also be part of your responsibilities. You will work according to a shift schedule (5x2), including night shifts and weekends. You will collaborate with Operations, Product, and other relevant teams to support merchant onboarding and resolve related issues. Key Responsibilities Review documents and information provided by merchants to ensure accuracy Upload and verify merchant account details Check merchant qualifications according to company rules Review other applications submitted by business colleagues or merchants Organize and manage store photo-taking services Work according to a shift schedule (5x2), including night shifts and weekends Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: Responsible and reliable approach to work Eagerness to learn and adapt to changes Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player Portuguese speaker, fluent in both spoken and written Portuguese Able to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak periods Why Join Us?
