Merchant Onboarding Specialist Role Overview Our team is seeking a diligent and organized Merchant Onboarding Analyst to oversee the onboarding process for new merchants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing documents and information provided by merchants to ensure accuracy before store activation. You will upload and verify merchant account details, ensuring all information is complete, correct, and efficiently processed. Additionally, you will check merchant qualifications according to company rules, review other applications submitted by business colleagues or merchants, and manage store photo-taking services. Collaborating with Operations, Product, and other relevant teams, you will support merchant onboarding and resolve related issues. Your role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow together with others. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data processing and management principles, as well as experience working in fast-paced environments. A Portuguese speaker fluent in both spoken and written Portuguese will have an added advantage in this position. As a dedicated professional, you will contribute significantly to the success of our merchant onboarding process.
