IT Recruiter Location: Av. Alfredo Balthazar da Silveira, 580 – Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro – RJ, 22790-710, Brazil Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Rio de Janeiro. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top technical talent. Key Responsibilities Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding support Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future IT hiring needs Negotiate offers and support the hiring and onboarding process Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS systems Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for local and regional Brazilian markets Experience working in staffing, consulting, or technology companies Familiarity with remote and hybrid hiring models
