Senior Accounting Manager

Are you a seasoned accounting professional looking to take on new challenges? We are seeking an experienced Accounting Team Lead to oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including reconciliations, reporting, and data management. Responsibilities will include managing payroll and contractor payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness, supervising invoicing and Accounts Receivable processes, maintaining healthy cash flow, and leading the setup and optimization of tools like QuickBooks Online (QBO), Stripe, and Excel/Google Sheets for better financial visibility. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, 5+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, and financial operations, hands-on experience with Stripe and QuickBooks Online (QBO), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. A background in SQL, LLMs (Large Language Models), or automation tools is a plus, as is experience in fast-paced startup or SaaS environments. Requirements Experience: 5+ years of accounting, payroll, and financial operations experience. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, hands-on experience with Stripe and QuickBooks Online (QBO), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
