The Role

As a Trading Operations Analyst (Middle Office) – Institutional Clients , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the  full trade lifecycle while serving as the primary operational point of contact for institutional clients across the Americas. This position ensures accurate trade processing, smooth settlements, and exceptional client service—sitting at the heart of the company's trading operations.

What You Will Do:

● Act as the operational point of contact for institutional clients across the Americas, handling inquiries on account setup, funding, trade status, and platform usage.

● Partner with internal teams across Technology, Product, Clearing, and Compliance to resolve client requests promptly.

● Support client onboarding (KYC), including documentation, operational setup, and platform access.

● Track and manage client issues, ensuring visibility, ownership, and timely resolution within SLAs.

● Proactively monitor client activity and system alerts, escalating potential issues as needed.

● Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases and playbooks.

● Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

What We're Looking For:

● 5+ years in back-office, middle-office, or operations roles within a broker-dealer, bank, or fintech.

● Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.

● Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and clearing mechanisms across asset classes.

● Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools, custodians, and clearing houses.

● Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and client-first orientation.

● Based in  São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid, Faria Lima office).

Nice to Have

● Exposure to multi-asset platforms (equities, fixed income, derivatives).

● Experience with fractional investing or omnibus account structures.

● Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in LATAM and global markets.
