Workday Technical Specialist

Job Summary: This is a highly technical role that involves troubleshooting and resolving live Workday issues. As a subject matter expert in Workday configuration, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements and functional designs. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and business processes, hands-on exposure to Cloud Connect for Benefits (CCB) and Workday Studio integrations, experience in payroll support and production issue resolution, and excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve live Workday issues Gather and document business requirements and functional designs Perform data analysis and regression testing Act as Workday configuration SME Maintain knowledge base and response catalog Independently manage Workday Cloud Connect for Benefits (CCB) and Workday Studio integrations Requirements: Strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and business processes Hands-on exposure to CCB and Workday Studio integrations Experience in payroll support and production issue resolution Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Benefits: This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex Workday projects and develop your technical skills.
