Mato Grosso, Brasil Cove Brands Tempo inteiro

Contractor/Freelance Position | 100% Remote (Full-Time) We are specifically looking to review portfolios from individuals based in Brazil and Argentina. About the role We are seeking a talented Cinema 4D Designer to join our Creative team, specializing in high-fidelity, marketing-grade 3D rendering, imagery, and product animation. This role is responsible for generating stunning, hyper-realistic 3D visuals, clean motion assets, and sophisticated compositing work (photomontages) across our diverse portfolio of brands. This position requires exceptional skill in achieving professional authenticity and meticulous attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with Graphic Designers and other team members to translate creative concepts into precise, high-quality visuals, ensuring consistent and professional execution for all our business-focused content. Key Responsibilities Develop high-end, hyper-realistic product and lifestyle scenes, including advanced image compositing (photomontages), from various reference materials. Create professional 3D product animations (e.G., product rotations, camera moves, and simple showcases). Help us set new standards for the modeling, texturing, lighting of our products, with an absolute dedication to visual authenticity. Accurately translate design concepts into detailed 3D models. Develop high-resolution final images and video assets of rendered content. Successfully balance and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. Work with varied project briefs, cooperate with Graphic Designers, and support the wider Creative team. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, adapting to the distinct visual approaches required for our various brands. Uphold design standards, including consistent file-naming structures and meticulous folder organisation. Requirements Mandatory: Expert proficiency in Cinema 4D. Please note that this is a strict requirement; we are not seeking users of Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya for this role. Experience with Octane Render is highly preferred. You possess a strong portfolio that showcases expertise in high-definition, commercial-style 3D visualizations, expert image compositing, and 3D animation. Portfolios focused only on character design, game assets, or abstract/fantasy scenes are not suitable for this role. Mandatory: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required. You must be able to fluently communicate and clearly articulate technical 3D constraints to non-technical team members. You have 4+ years' experience as a 3D designer. Ideally, you'll have worked in a graphic/animation studio, advertising agency, or an in-house creative department and have some experience working with beauty or wellness products. You possess a proactive interest in emerging 3D technologies and have a willingness to explore AI-powered tools to optimize workflows and push creative boundaries. You are capable of assessing a brief and determining the most effective execution strategy - knowing when to push for technical excellence and when to utilise smart shortcuts to meet tight turnarounds. You are educated to degree level in Design or a related subject (e.G., Graphic Design, Product Design, Animation, or Motion Design). You are proficient in modeling and texturing, and can create stunning, life-like visual assets of packaging, single products, and detailed marketing scenes. Your output must demonstrate strict adherence to photographic quality and detail. You have expertise in lighting set-up, colour, and shading, with a keen focus on optimal product presentation to achieve visual authenticity. You have a superb sense of composition, visual veracity (truthfulness), texture, and illumination, and a sophisticated understanding of materials. You can view products from a customer's perspective. You are highly skilled with Adobe Photoshop (essential for compositing/photomontages) and knowledgeable about the broader Adobe Creative Suite. You can effectively plan, prioritise, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. To apply: Please submit your CV and portfolio. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
