Role Overview We're looking for a Senior Service Now Developer to join our high-performance global team. You'll build custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate Service Now across enterprise environments. This is a client-facing, hands-on development role requiring technical depth and clear communication. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain Service Now applications (scoped & global) across multiple modules. Lead complex customizations using scripting (Glide, Java Script) and automation tools, including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. Architect and implement REST/SOAP integrations, leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity. Drive instance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with US-based clients and cross-functional teams, gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture decisions. Stay up to date with Service Now releases, AI features, and industry trends, recommending adoption to clients. Requirements Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering (minimum);a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus. 5+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience, with broad knowledge across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.) Strong scripting and automation skills (Glide, Java Script, Flow Designer) Experience with integrations, REST/SOAP, ERP systems, and AI-driven workflows Proven client-facing experience, able to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders Fluent in English (written & verbal) Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate in fast-paced, high-impact projects Nice to Have Experience with App Engine, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, ATF Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Additional Service Now certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-ITOM, etc.) Previous experience delivering solutions to US-based enterprise clients Why Apricot Jam? 100% Remote with Real-Time Collaboration (Overlapping U.
