Data Management Specialist About the Role We are seeking a skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team in a fully remote position. This role supports critical data processes and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and collaboration across multiple teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data integrity, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data in MDM systems, and collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams. They will also track and report data metrics for compliance and performance. This role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence and requires the ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Process assignments within standard timelines (2 business days) Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in MDM systems Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams Track and report data metrics for compliance and performance Required Skills and Qualifications A college degree is preferred but not required Professional English communication skills Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP and report comparison functions) for MDM profile Administrative experience and ORACLE knowledge for contract profile Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team Credit review experience is a plus Benefits Monthly internet/mobile allowance Meal and food vouchers Annual bonus Health and dental plan Life insurance Hardware provided 100% remote
