Job Opportunity: Client Service Coordinator At our firm, we specialize in providing expert language services to support the due diligence industry. As a remote-first company with staff located across multiple countries, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and fostering a collaborative work environment. Effective project management for interpretation teams Strong client communication and recruitment of specialized language professionals Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects daily with varying durations from one call to several weeks. Interact with clients via email, phone, or WeChat regarding their needs and collaborate with colleagues to meet client expectations. Client Matchmaking: Identify suitable linguists for clients' objectives Present linguists' experience in a relevant manner for each project Project Execution: Synchronize expectations between clients and linguists Facilitate calls to ensure they commence successfully Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is beneficial Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems Work Arrangements & Benefits: Full-remote position allowing you to work from home (WFH) Available in APAC, AMER, or EMEA business hours; preferably in your local region Compensation & Perks: Salary commensurate with experience Paid time off Health insurance
