Expandir a base de clientes da H&CO a partir do desenvolvimento de relacionamento comercial, buscando conectar os desafios de negócio dos clientes potenciais com as soluções oferecidas pela H&CO, para a efetivação da parceria comercial e de negócio e o alcance das metas de venda estabelecidas pela H&CO.

Responsabilidades:

  • Compreender as metas da H&CO, da área Comercial e as atribuídas para sua função.
  • Desenvolver plano de trabalho para o alcance das metas estabelecidas e validar com seu superior imediato.
  • Conhecer em profundidade os produtos e serviços oferecidos pela H&CO, atualizando-se continuamente.
  • Realizar pesquisa sobre os clientes prospect de forma a preparar-se para as reuniões de apresentação, identificando mercado de atuação, características do negócio, concorrentes, notícias recentes sobre a empresa, etc.
  • Realizar reuniões de apresentação dos produtos e serviços H&CO (online ou presencial) junto aos clientes prospect.
  • Identificar situações e desafios do negócio do cliente que possam ser solucionadas pela H&CO.
  • Elaborar e realizar a negociação das propostas comerciais.
  • Manter processo de follow up ativo e contínuo junto aos clientes que estão em seu pipeline comercial e plano de trabalho.
  • Monitorar continuamente seu status de alcance em relação às metas estabelecidas, identificando e implementando ações para a efetividade do alcance.
  • Apoiar a gestão da área na orientação dos profissionais da área, contribuindo com sua experiência.

Formação acadêmica:

  • Formação superior completa, podendo ser em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Processos Gerenciais, Marketing ou áreas afins.

Experiência profissional e requisitos técnicos:

  • 2 a 5 anos de experiência com venda de Software (desejável)
  • 5 anos na área Comercial
  • Gestão de negócios
  • Conhecer sistemas ERP
  • Treinamento de Pré-venda do Portal da SAP
  • Treinamento de Vendas do Portal da SAP
  • Inglês intermediário
  • Espanhol intermediário
