Training and Development Specialist Job Description We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to design and deliver impactful learning programs across our global organization. Lead end-to-end training programs from development to implementation, achieving significant improvements in performance and productivity. Author and maintain engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes. Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to develop targeted learning interventions that address performance barriers. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to ensure all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with department goals, driving both capability building and business impact. You will be responsible for developing and scaling career development pathways that accelerate internal mobility and strengthen leadership and functional talent pipelines. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development. Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; relevant certification preferred. Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling learning programs that drive measurable skill development and business impact. Ability to comprehend complex or technical information and translate it into clear, engaging, and effective training content.
