About Us Job Title: Plant Operations Manager We are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead our team in Cabo de Santo Agostinho. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily operations, planning and coordinating production activities, and ensuring plant safety and efficiency. Oversee plant operations, including budgeting, production scheduling, and inventory management. Analyze production costs and identify areas for improvement. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices for health, safety, and environmental sustainability. Lead process improvement initiatives aligned with global guidance, such as Lean and Operational Excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in plant management and manufacturing operations. Professional English level required, with excellent communication and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines to create a healthy work environment.
