Plant Manager Role We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead production activities at our facility in Cabo de Santo Agostinho, Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of production department heads, supervisors, and workers, ensuring the plant operates safely and efficiently. Key duties include: Overseeing budget and production schedule management; Analyzing production costs and inventory to identify areas for improvement; Maintaining adherence to safety protocols and workplace policies; Leading initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency; To succeed in this role, you will require: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field; preferably with Lean Six Sigma certification; No less than 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager in manufacturing (specifically in plastic transformation processes); Proficient English language skills, with interviews conducted in English; Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations, budgeting, strong communication, leadership, and supervisory skills; The ability to diligently follow safety and compliance guidelines to create a healthy work environment for all employees.
