About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications. Key responsibilities include hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers. Additionally, the successful candidate will have working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or any other cloud solution, as well as hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, network, interfaces, and Load Balancer topics related to SAP landscape management (TLO). The role requires excellent customer focus, networking, relationship building, results-driven self-organization, decision-making, and communication skills. Furthermore, understanding of escalation handling and procedures with customers while proactively working with internal teams towards arriving at a resolution is essential. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is necessary, along with the ability to work with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams or individuals.
