We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Brazil . The chosen candidate will be responsible for achieving targets assigned, managing the selling process, interacting directly with internal peer functions as well as dealing directly with selected customers according to the commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.

Activities

  • Acts the go to market strategy operative targets and manages efficiently the budget assigned; also supports manager above in the go to market strategy deployment, providing commercial insights for assigned Accounts in order to enhance business growth and processes harmonization.
  • Responsible for the performance of assigned portfolio and the development of customer prospect in the area of relevance, manages autonomously sector penetration in the ways and times agreed with manager above, accompanied by sales team to handle complex negotiations.
  • Builds and develops effective and sustainable partnerships with existing accounts, building long term relationships with key decision makers and influencer across customer organization in order to create effective company competitive advantage.
  • Analyses and identifies potential and emerging trends in order to monitor and exploit commercial opportunities for SG added value solutions.
  • Tracks key account metrics, oversees targets achievement progression and monitors relevant KPI’s in order to promptly identify corrective actions in collaboration with Sales Team as well as functions involved.
  • Ensures the proper management of budget in line with business objectives.
  • Builds effective and sustainable partnerships leading the relationships with potential customers as well as the internal and external stakeholders and influencers fostering the SG competitive advantages within the emerging markets.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Education: University Degree
  • +5 years of experiences in marketing or sales management position in the account management department, preferably with expertise in CRM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management in pharma companies
  • Proficiency in Spanish and Italian
