Sobre a posição

Essa posição é para atuar diretamente com Mastercard , líder global em tecnologia de pagamentos, no desenvolvimento e expansão de programas de fidelidade na região LAC. Como Global Loyalty Specialist , você será responsável por construir e expandir parcerias estratégicas com merchants no Brasil, conectando marcas relevantes ao ecossistema de pagamentos e criando experiências de valor para milhões de consumidores.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Identificar, prospectar e negociar com merchants estratégicos (retail, restaurantes, turismo, entre outros).
  • Negociar funding para financiar campanhas de descontos e cashback.
  • Gerenciar um pipeline de oportunidades e garantir o onboarding eficiente dos parceiros.
  • Monitorar KPIs, performance de campanhas e propor melhorias.
  • Colaborar com times regionais e globais para maximizar a presença e relevância das ofertas no Brasil.
  • Garantir uma experiência de parceria fluida, de ponta a ponta.

Requisitos

  • Formação: Bacharelado em Administração, Marketing, Negócios ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência: 3–5 anos em desenvolvimento de negócios, alianças estratégicas ou vendas, preferencialmente no setor de pagamentos, fidelidade ou consumo .
  • Networking ativo em retail, restaurantes e setores afins no Brasil.
  • Histórico em prospecção e negociação B2B .
  • Conhecimento em plataformas de ofertas e CRM (Salesforce desejável).
  • Inglês avançado para interação com times globais.
  • Domínio em análise de dados (Excel, Power BI ou Tableau).

Diferenciais valorizados

  • Experiência no setor de meios de pagamento ou fintechs.
  • Atuação anterior com programas de fidelidade e marketing promocional .
  • Perfil hunter , com forte capacidade de negociação e influência.
