Job Overview:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold call potential customers to sell software products
  • Analyze customer requirements and tailor sales pitches accordingly
  • Provide information about product features and prices using scripted responses
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to make informed sales decisions
  • Record customer interactions accurately in a computer system
  • Meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
  • Maintain records of calls and sales performance

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role
  • Successful track record of meeting sales quotas over the phone
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Persistent and results-oriented approach
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection

Location and Work Arrangements:

The role is based in Brasília with remote work options available. We offer a competitive salary package including base pay and commission.
