Global Trade Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced commodity trader to join our team on a global rotation programme. The successful candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in trading and commercial roles, with a strong track record of nurturing relationships and driving business growth.
The programme is designed to prepare candidates for senior management roles in Brazil, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a complex and fast-paced environment.
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must be Brazilian citizens, university educated and fluent in English. They should also have excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a commitment to ethical business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture key stakeholder relationships across regions
- Drive business growth through effective trade strategies
- Develop and implement solutions to complex business problems
- Collaborate with international teams to achieve common goals
Qualifications:
- Brazilian citizen
- University education
- Fluent in English
- 4-7 years of experience in trading and commercial roles
