Somos uma agência de Marketing, Digital, focada em performance e especialistas em saúde.

O desafio:

Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar em Customer Success com forte viés comercial, responsável por garantir a satisfação dos nossos clientes e gerar oportunidades de expansão dentro da base.

Suas responsabilidades:

Construir e manter relacionamentos de confiança com os clientes;

Atuar como consultor(a) estratégico(a), apresentando soluções e insights personalizados;

Identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell;

Monitorar métricas de sucesso e atuar proativamente para retenção e expansão da carteira;

Colaborar com os times de Vendas e Produto para alinhar estratégias.

Requisitos:

Experiência prévia em Customer Success ou áreas correlatas, com atuação consultiva e foco em resultados;

Excelente comunicação interpessoal e habilidade em negociação;

Domínio de ferramentas de CRM e plataformas digitais;

Perfil proativo, analítico, empático e com foco em solução;

Vontade de crescer em um ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo.
