Conduct industry analysis reports and explore customer needs through data analysis, adjusting strategies accordingly. Requirements 5+ years of experience in brand management or platform operations, with a strong network of local sellers and vendors. Strong data analysis skills and project management capabilities, with the ability to summarize conclusions and drive business decisions. Market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities, guiding overall merchant marketing plans. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during high-demand periods.
