About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to ensure the smooth functionality and efficiency of day-to-day IT operations. Main Responsibilities Assist in maintaining the day-to-day functionality and efficiency of IT systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Generate and provide IT reports for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices, providing valuable insights to stakeholders. Coordinate installation and maintenance of complex software systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Key Qualifications Bilingual: Portuguese (Fluent) and English (Advanced), enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results. Strong knowledge of desktop systems, peripherals, and telecommunication devices, as well as familiarity with organizational systems and user access management. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond effectively to customer requests and communicate solutions clearly.
