Job Summary

Responsible for human resources management of the company in the Brazilian region. Through formulating and implementing effective HR strategies, ensure sufficient human resources support for the company's business operations in Brazil, maintain good employee relations, guarantee the compliance and high - efficiency of the company's HR management, and enhance the overall HR effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

(1) Employee Relations Management

  1. Regularly conduct employee satisfaction surveys. Understand employees' satisfaction with HR and company management through questionnaires and other means, and strive to improve employee satisfaction.
  2. Actively handle labor disputes. Collaborate with the legal department to ensure the victory in labor lawsuits and avoid significant losses caused by losing cases.
  3. Ensure the efficient completion of probation - to - regular and contract renewal processes, and safeguard the compliance and stability of employees' employment relations.
  4. Strengthen employee compliance management. Promptly identify and correct employees' non - compliant behaviors, and reduce the situations where employees violate the company's interests and Brazilian labor laws.
  5. Monitor the turnover of key employees and strengthen the stability control of the workforce.

(2) Performance Management

  1. Regularly provide performance optimization suggestions that are recognized by business departments and approved by management to adapt the performance system to the business characteristics in Brazil.
  2. Ensure the performance processes are carried out as planned and avoid delaying employee incentives due to process delays.

(3) Training Management

Optimize training content to be in line with Brazilian regulations, job requirements, or employees' feedback. Ensure the optimization can be implemented as confirmed by business departments, and improve the pertinence and practicality of training.

(4) Business Support

  1. Regularly conduct talent inventory to clarify the company's human resources structure and support the talent allocation for the business expansion of the Brazilian subsidiary.
  2. Ensure the timely completion of salary surveys, make the salary strategy suitable for the local market level in Brazil, and enhance the company's talent competitiveness.
  3. Ensure the on - schedule progress of talent mapping work. Use talent maps to accurately locate target talents (such as those with scarce industry skills) and support the recruitment and reserve for key positions.
  4. Provide operational optimization suggestions from the perspective of HR management, identify optimization points in the operational processes (such as HR processes and cross - departmental collaboration) of the Brazilian subsidiary, and improve efficiency and reduce costs.

(5) Compensation Management

Liaise with payroll agencies and comprehensively manage salary payment matters for the company in Brazil. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll data, including but not limited to the calculation and payment of employees' salaries, bonuses, and benefits. Maintain close communication with payroll agencies, promptly handle problems and abnormal situations during salary payment, and guarantee that employees' salaries are paid on time and in full.

(6) Team Management

Effectively manage and empower subordinate specialists (focusing on recruitment, payment, and training) to ensure that they meet the work requirements.

Qualifications

(1) Educational Background

A bachelor's degree or above in human resources management, business administration, or related majors.

(2) Work Experience

Over 5 years of human resources management work experience, with at least 2 years of HR management experience in Brazil or multinational companies. Those with experience in handling Brazilian labor legal affairs are preferred.

(3) Skills Requirements

  1. Familiar with local labor laws and regulations and the human resources market situation in Brazil.
  2. Possess excellent data analysis skills to evaluate the achievement of various HR indicators through data.
  3. Proficient in knowledge and skills of all HR management modules, including performance management, training management, and employee relations management.
  4. Have good communication and coordination skills and team management abilities, and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with different departments and employees.

(4) Language Proficiency

Fluent in Portuguese and English for daily work communication and document processing.

(5) Other Requirements

Have a strong sense of responsibility, good stress - resistance and problem - solving abilities, and be able to work in a complex cross - cultural environment.
