About the Role We're looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Coordinator. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our internal database. You'll be responsible for reviewing supplier emails, extracting relevant information, and entering it into our system with precision and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Enter all ingredient information into our internal platform. Upload supporting documents such as specification sheets, nutritional facts, and certifications. Input supplier data: pricing tiers, minimum order quantities, lead times, and FOB locations. Set up new supplier profiles and maintain contact information. Identify missing information and coordinate with the sourcing team to complete data entries. Perform regular data cleanup and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Requirements: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and reading English skills. Reliable communication and responsiveness during business hours. Comfortable interpreting information from emails and attachments. Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Proactive, organized, and comfortable following structured processes.
