Financial Manager for Treasury, Accounts Payable and Cash Flow

Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management Specialist Lead the coordination of Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions with exceptional leadership skills. Prepare daily, weekly, and projected cash flow forecasts; manage bank accounts, balances, reconciliations, and financial investments. Key Responsibilities: Treasury: Monitor cash flows, manage bank accounts, and plan fund transfers. Accounts Payable: Coordinate payment cycles, ensure accurate posting of invoices, and implement effective payment policies. Accounts Receivable & Collections: Coordinate billing, monitor delinquency, and develop management reports. Credit: Develop credit policies, conduct customer analysis, and classify customers according to risk levels. Management & Strategy: Develop comprehensive financial dashboards, drive continuous improvement projects, and serve as a financial interface with partners. Conduct regular performance evaluations, develop succession plans, and build future leaders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Solid experience in Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit; Experience working with financial ERP systems; Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the real estate sector; Experience managing financial flows between Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs); Proven experience implementing financial automation.
