Treasury Management and Financial CoordinationThe ideal candidate will oversee the coordination of Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Credit functions with a strong analytical mindset and leadership capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Develop and monitor cash flow projections to ensure optimal financial investments;Manage bank accounts, balances, reconciliations, and approvals to maintain transparency;Support Controllership with monthly close and cash flow planning to guarantee seamless operations;Accounts Payable:Coordinate payment cycles, reviewing, approving, and executing payments efficiently;Ensure accurate posting of invoices and cost centers to prevent errors;Implement and maintain effective payment policies to reduce risks;Accounts Receivable & Collections:Coordinate billing and monitoring delinquency reports to identify areas for improvement;Implement preventive and corrective collection policies to maximize recoveries;Develop management reports by property/project to track performance;Credit:Review and update credit policy to assess customer risk levels accurately;Classify customers according to their creditworthiness;Monitor delinquency indicators and credit performance to optimize credit decisions;Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;Solid experience in Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit is essential;Experience working with financial ERP systems is highly desirable;
