Vendry's Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a crucial operational and financial role ensuring revenue engine accuracy and transparency.Key ResponsibilitiesManage referral fee collection process, confirming contract terms and validating deal data with agency partners.Support internal financial operations by categorizing transactions, maintaining clean records, and identifying improvements to streamline processes.Accounting ExpertiseEnd-to-end accounts receivable process tracking and verification.Collaborate with agencies to collect invoices and reconcile discrepancies.Maintain accurate financial records and properly categorize transactions in accounting systems.Support monthly P&Ls and reporting workflows.Evaluate and improve internal financial processes, tools, and documentation.Qualifications2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, financial operations, or similar roles.Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AR best practices.Excellent English proficiency and strong communication skills.Experience working with U.S.-based teams and partners preferred.Comfort working with financial tools and accounting platforms.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive candidate needed.Experience working remotely with asynchronous collaboration and self-managed schedule effective.Ability to work full-time remotely from Brazil.As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a vital role in Vendry's success.Your expertise will help ensure the accuracy and transparency of our revenue engine.
