If yes — we want to meet you 🚀 Lite Tech is expanding its support team and is hiring Service Desk Analysts to join a dynamic, multicultural, and fast-growing environment in São Paulo. 💼 About the Role Position: Service Desk Analyst – Technical Support / Helpdesk Contract: PJ (Independent Contractor) Workload: 36–40 hours/week (Monday to Friday) Compensation: R$ 6.000,00 (PJ) Location: São Paulo – SP (REMOTE/ Hybrid) You will be the first point of contact for users, delivering technical support with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. 🔧 Responsibilities Provide first-level support via phone and email (chat may be added) Troubleshoot applications, email, browsers, and hardware (remote access included) Perform password/ID resets and manage email inconsistencies Follow KB/SOP documentation Log, classify, and prioritize tickets; escalate when required Meet SLA targets for quality, productivity, and resolution time 🎯 Requirements ✔ German C1 – fluent (spoken & written)✔ 1–2 years of Customer Support or Technical Support experience ✔ Ability to work as PJ and issue invoices in Brazil ✔ Availability to work in São Paulo (on-site/hybrid)✔ Flexibility for shifts
