Business Development Manager Job Description Our team is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships between sellers and our platform. We provide support and guidance to sellers, ensuring mutual growth and success. This role will be based in our office in São Paulo/Faria Lima. Responsibilities: Improve sales and number of orders for all managed sellers they assist. Establish and maintain a good relationship with fashion sellers, monitor their sales and operation. Help the sellers select SKUs for various campaigns and promotions. Prepare reports and provide detailed information about assisted sellers to category managers to execute defined strategies. Research the fashion market and conduct competitive analysis. Requirements We are looking for individuals with: A bachelor's degree or above. Sales aptitude and ambition to constantly surpass KPIs. Experience in managing marketplace partners. Logical and problem-oriented thinking. Good analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Microsoft Excel domain. Advanced/Fluent English is a plus.
