Job Title: Global Customer Support Specialist The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing support via multiple channels including live chats, phone calls, and email. About the Role: This role involves working as part of an international team, supporting clients from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Portuguese, and experience in customer-facing roles. A bachelor's degree and over 2 years of experience in customer service are preferred, although fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. The position requires flexibility, including mandatory rotation shifts and night shifts once relocated. Successful candidates will thrive in an environment that demands adaptability, resilience, and a strong client focus. Responsibilities: Provide front-line support to customers via various communication channels. Resolve client queries and issues related to products, platforms, and promotions. Address customer feedback and complaints professionally. Record and update customer data and relevant information when necessary. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Over 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in crypto or fintech. Mandatory rotation shift schedule with night shifts once relocated. Experience in international settings and teams. Fluency in English and Portuguese.
