Strategic HR Partner Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and development through effective talent acquisition, employee retention, and organizational alignment. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and teams in achieving their goals. Your expertise in HR will help us build a high-performing organization that attracts, retains, and develops top talent. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert advice on HR matters and driving initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement. Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and support business growth. Design and deliver training programs to develop the skills and capabilities of our employees, ensuring they have the tools needed to succeed in their roles. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure seamless integration of recruitment processes and achieve desired business outcomes. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in internet/technology companies. Fluency in English is mandatory, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical ability to assess organizations, propose effective structures, and lead HR initiatives in fast-paced environments. High sense of ownership, approachability, and ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels. Nice to Have: Experience working at early-stage companies in Brazil, particularly in contexts of rapid growth. Previous experience with Chinese companies or multicultural environments involving Asian structures and dynamics.
