Job Description: Develop dynamic, customer-centric applications using Omni Studio tools such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical designs. Design and develop technical specifications and components that align with project objectives and Salesforce best practices. Customize and configure the Salesforce platform to meet business needs, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions. Write clean, efficient code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies as needed. Implement integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions. Develop comprehensive test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality. Manage deployment using tools like Salesforce DX, change sets, or version control systems, ensuring smooth transitions between environments. Document developed solutions, including design documents, user guides, and maintenance instructions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions, addressing issues in a timely manner. Monitor and optimize solution performance, ensuring operation within Salesforce governor limits. Work closely with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Engage with clients to gather feedback, understand evolving needs, and make recommendations for enhancements or new features. Requirements and Qualifications: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Experience with Omni Studio tools, such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing technology landscape.
