Job Title: Salesforce Developer We are seeking a skilled Developer to join our team. About the Job: This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Salesforce developer to utilize their expertise in creating dynamic applications. Key Responsibilities: Create solutions using Omni Studio tools such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical designs. Develop technical specifications and designs for Omni Studio components that align with project objectives and Salesforce best practices. Customize and configure the Salesforce platform using declarative tools to meet business needs, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies as needed. Implement integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions. Develop comprehensive test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the solutions. Manage the deployment process using tools like Salesforce DX, change sets, or version control systems, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments. Document developed solutions, including design documents, user guides, and maintenance instructions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner. Monitor and optimize the performance of Omni Studio solutions, ensuring they operate efficiently within Salesforce governor limits. Work closely with teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
