Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide professional HR advice to business management, supporting organizational development, talent retention, and performance improvement; 2. Lead employee relations management, effectively handling employee conflicts, disciplinary issues, and high-risk resignation cases; 3. Responsible for the full process management of employee departures, including termination negotiations, completion of exit formalities, calculation of compensation (such as FGTS, 13th salary, unused vacation leave conversion, etc.), ensuring full compliance and minimizing legal risks; 4. Manage the implementation of company attendance policies, oversee the operation of the clock-in system, review records of overtime, compensatory leave, and absences, and collaborate with the payroll team to ensure data accuracy; 5. Participate inrecruitment demand analysis, performance evaluation promotion, training needs identification, and local compensation and benefits support; Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), generate regular human resources data reports, and support decision-making analysis; 6. Assist in promoting corporate culture development, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational change management; 7. Communicate daily with the HR team at headquarters in English, including meeting reports and project collaboration. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or related fields; 2-5 years of relevant experience in human resources, with preference given to candidates who have worked in foreign enterprises, multinational corporations, or large local companies; 3. Proficient in the six major modules of human resources, with solid general HR knowledge and practical experience; 4. Possess extensive experience in offboarding management, familiar with the relevant provisions of Brazil's Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT), and capable of independently handling complex termination processes; 5. Possess practical experience in attendance and timekeeping management, with familiarity in working hour systems, overtime approval processes, and flexible work arrangements; Fluent in Englishlistening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of conducting meetings, handling email correspondence, and drafting reports in English (it is recommended to include a fully English assessment session during the interview); 6. Proficient in using Office productivity software, with priority given to those familiar with mainstream HR systems; 7. Possess strongcommunication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and cross-cultural sensitivity.
