Service Technician We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining injection molding machinery, linear robots, and related software and control systems. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of injection molding machines, including controls, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have: A degree in mechanical manufacturing, electric engineering, automation, or plastic materials; At least 2 years of experience in service work or technical support in the injection molding machine industry; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to drive and use computers, email systems, Microsoft Office, and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics; Responsibilities include: Performing root cause analysis and corrective actions; Documenting findings and actions; Providing maintenance and operation recommendations or on-site service to customers; Providing written reports on all service calls; Translation of service files into local languages if necessary; Why This Role Matters Maintaining injection molding machinery is crucial for ensuring smooth production processes.
