The primary goal of this Sales Coordinator position is to ensure the sales team's operational efficiency. This includes managing administrative tasks, maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless follow-up processes. Responsibilities Ensure lead information, call notes, and pipeline status are accurately maintained and updated in CRM. Grade inbound applications for prospects based on specific criteria. Schedule and coordinate sales calls, follow-ups, and client onboarding activities to facilitate effective communication. Send follow-up emails, texts, and reminders to prospects on behalf of the sales team to maintain a strong presence. Manage and maintain sales collateral, proposals, contracts, and presentation materials to support the sales process. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate sales reports, and maintain dashboards for team visibility to inform data-driven decisions. Handle administrative tasks including calendar management, data entry, and file organization to optimize productivity. Support lead nurturing campaigns and re-engagement sequences to drive prospect engagement and conversion. Coordinate communication between sales team members and other departments to foster collaboration and alignment.
