Workforce Management Specialist Pinnacle Group is a trusted leader in workforce solutions and managed service provider operations. We partner with enterprise clients to streamline contingent workforce management, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure program compliance. Key Responsibilities include training requisition life cycle with client hiring managers and suppliers, supporting large-scale hiring initiatives and VMS data integrity projects, conducting intake calls, qualifying candidate resumes, managing requisition flow from posting through fulfillment, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and utilizing MSP tools such as Beeline and Microsoft Office Suite. This role requires experience in recruitment, MSP operations, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), combined with customer service skills and ability to thrive in high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Beeline, and bilingual competency across English and Portuguese. They must have strong communication and presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
